Refund policy

At WOVIEN, we have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return it to us. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your contact details along with the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, please contact us at customercare@wovien.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions via email on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will need to be reviewed.

Please note, we do not cover the cost of return postage.

Damages and issues
As soon as you receive your order, please check the condition and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We value your satisfaction with your order and will always aim to resolve any issue or dissatisfaction straight away and make it right.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your order for an alternative size or colour, the fastest way to do this is email customercare@wovien.com. We will be more than happy to assist you with any query as soon as possible. 

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will let you know via email if your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process. 
We hope it doesn't come to this, however, if more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and issued a refund, please contact us immediately at customercare@wovien.com.
