Shipping policy
WOVIEN is online retail business based in NSW, Australia. All online orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.
Shipping Domestic (within Australia)
We offer Australia Post Parcel Post for $15.00 AUD and Australia Post Express Post for $25.00 AUD.
Standard Post
If you are based in NSW, you should receive your order within 2-8 business days. This excludes weekends and public holidays. Deliveries via Australia Post are only made on business days, not on weekends or public holidays. This service does not include 'Signature Required'.
Express Post
If you are based in NSW, you should receive your order within 1-4 business days. Interstate orders will be delivered within 2-4 business days. This excludes weekends and public holidays. Deliveries via Australia Post are only made on business days, not on weekends or public holidays. This service includes 'Signature Required'.
Delivered with Safe Drop
Orders will be left in a safe place if there is no one at the delivery address to sign for the delivery. If the delivery cannot be left in safe place, a calling card will be left in your mailbox advising of the Australia Post location where you can collect your delivery.
Once tracking details for your order are available, you can request to change your delivery method on the Australia Post app or website.
While we will do everything within our power to accommodate you, we cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, (e.g. strikes, floods etc).
Shipping International
For now, we offer shipping to New Zealand, United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland), United States of America, Canada and Asia only. Australia Post Standard orders are typically delivered within 6-27 business days. Australia Post Express orders are delivered within 10 business days (for applicable countries). Dispatch and delivery times
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days after purchase.
All domestic orders are dispatched via Australia Standard Parcel Post. Please note, shipping times are in addition to dispatch times. For further information please refer to the Aus Post link provided; http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html days for regional areas.

Order tracking
To track your order, please check the shipping confirmation email received by WOVIEN and visit the tracking URL link made available to you. If for some reason, you are having trouble finding a confirmation email, or need further assistance with your tracking link, please contact customercare@wovien.com
Delivery address
We recommend customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your place of employment. If you have specific delivery instructions please contact customercare@wovien.com as soon as you place your order. We will be sure to add these instructions before your order is dispatched. We are not able to add delivery instructions to your order once it has been dispatched. WOVIEN is not responsible for lost/stolen parcels.
